Sylvia Plath's Drawings

Today would have been Plath's 79th birthday, and 44 of her never-before-exibited pen and ink drawings are going on display in London. You can view some of them ]here. If that link doesn't work for you, try this ]one or this #/]one.

Impressive. I am struck by the careful drafting of all the prints. The Palais de Justice might be the best of the bunch. Or the three fishing trawlers. Careful constructions, just as is the case with her poems.
