Where the introductions?

Is it my imagination, or was there a place on this board where people introduced themselves. I'm interested in learning about Katlin's and libramoon's backgrounds. It seems like I know a bit about them, but I'm not sure. I thought there was a place where people introduced themselves.

Also, I want to ask them if they know who the current writers and poets are today who are being studied in college. I seem to recall that the people who were established and being studied when I was young were Hemingway, Faulkner and Joyce. Updike, Vonnegutt and Mailer were relatively new.

Zak, here is the spot for introducing oneself.

Not much used for the purpose. Perhaps the fault is mine. Or maybe the problem is structural. Open to feed back.

Re: Where the introductions?

I decided to create a separate thread in Salon Chat for Member Inroductions and to drop the introduction aspect, which no one ever utilized, out of Dew Drop Inn. A separate thread for introductions will make those posts easier to find, especially for new members, and even though it isn't often used, I still like the idea behind Dew Drop Inn and want to keep it. Hope that is agreeable with everyone.
